Cancellation Policy

All bookings made through this page can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival, with the exception of special events or holidays such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, Easter, the Soest Allerheiligenkirmes (All Saints' Fair), or bridge days.

During these periods, the cancellation deadline is extended to 14 days before arrival.
